More than $2 billion of government funding is committed annually to New Zealand transport infrastructure of which roading makes up a substantial component.
Major and minor projects are constantly updating, renewing and opening to tender. This map collates important roading contract data into one key information source as a hard copy wall chart to track these projects. It also shows detail around state highway and local government maintenance contracts.
It is the only publicly-available source of this information and is a helpful tool for many organisations.
