Junior Web Developer
(DRUPAL/HTML/CSS/JS/PHP)
All nine active websites are developed in Drupal and hosted on Linux. This work has been done by an outsourced provider whom we would now like to supplement with an in-house resource as part of an ongoing business growth strategy.
The suite of websites are due for a range of enhancements, upgrades and ongoing development of e-commerce capability.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work unsupervised and be resourceful to seek outside peer support and review. They will receive some weekly time with our outsourced web developer.
The work will involve everything from enhancing existing code through to greenfields application development from conceptualisation through to delivery.
Skills we are looking for:
- Experience with Drupal
- HTML/CSS/PHP and responsive website development
- Javascript
- Knowledge of Linux
- Converting annotated visual designs into web pages
- Collaborating with our in-house designer to complete assigned tasks
- Understanding around e-commerce functionality and user experience
