New staff at Freeman

Freeman is pleased to announce the appointment of several new key staff to the team.

Heidi Bendikson, a Queenstown-based journalist and former practicing property lawyer, joins the ranks at Inside Resources, our online news and information service for the mining and quarrying sectors.

We welcome Corban Avery to Freeman following a stint in banking, after graduating from Victoria University of Wellington with a BCom. Corban’s main role is working with law firms to increase the reach of Capital Letter. A Palmerston North native, Corban has lived in Wellington for four years. His down time is spent playing football, going to the gym and (trying) to learn golf. He also enjoys a good movie.

And lastly, Kent Shelley is Freeman’s new Drupal magician, with a background as a global Drupal consultant. His role is to look after and engineer the nine websites under the Freeman umbrella. Happily living in Hawke’s Bay, Kent is a musician and performs in a duo with his wife.
