We are running safe events
- Our in-person events are going ahead using the COVID Protection Framework
- We will work within alert level restrictions and deliver events in-person, online or in a hybrid format
- If attendee numbers are restricted for events we will operate on a first-come first-served basis up to that limit, and then provide online delivery for additional delegates
- We want to keep you connected so you can continue to learn, connect and engage with your stakeholders and customers
Our COVID specific responses
Face covering
In general, face coverings should be worn whenever you can. You can remove them to eat and drink while maintaining physical separation from others. Face coverings will be available at our events if you do not have one.
Physical distancing
At Alert Level 2 keep one metre away from people you do not know. We will work with our venues to provide adequate seating separation to maintain physical distancing.
Hygiene
Hand sanitiser will be available and strict safety measures will be in place to ensure a high level of hygiene is maintained.
Catering
We will work with all our venues to ensure food and beverage service adheres to applicable alert level restrictions. At Alert Level 2, everyone must be seated to be served.
Contact tracing
The Government QR Code will be displayed to sign in using the NZ COVID Tracer app and a manual register will be available as well.
Online option
Many of our events are now being run as hybrid events, offering both in-person and live-streamed options for delegates.
